Here we have brought up good news for all the Samsung Galaxy owners residing in the US. This week on Wednesday, Samsung announced that Samsung is partnering with uBreakiFix so that the Samsung Galaxy owners can have their phone repairs on the same day or just within two hours or less across the US.

Samsung customers across the US can bring their Samsung Galaxy phones in any of the more than 300 uBreakiFix service locations and have their device repairs on the same day or in less than two hours. Samsung is planning to expand this service to other countries also throughout 2018.

Samsung Galaxy owners will have the option to just drop the phone off without calling ahead or either schedule an appointment at an uBreakiFix location. Samsung also assures the customers that all the tools for repairing the phone at uBreakiFix service locations will be genuine.

As said by Michael Lawder, Senior Vice President of Customer Care at Samsung Electronics America, “At, Samsung, our goal is to provide Samsung Galaxy owners with a customer first care experience that is as innovative as our products.” This announcement makes a commitment to provide support to the Samsung customers anytime and anywhere whenever the customers need it.

These Samsung care authorized service locations are located in almost all the major metro areas of US. The company plans to add 200 more uBreakiFix service locations in order to reach more customers by 2019.

To the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+, Galaxy S8 and S8+, Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, Galaxy S6 and S6+, Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy Note 8, the uBreakiFix customer care locations will provide same day repair service or within two hours and the service would include battery replacements, port and camera repairs, front and back screen replacements etc.
