To avail this exchange, you can get an instant exchange coupon (that is only valid for 14 days after the time of issuance) available on company’s website and follow these steps:
Go to http://www.mi.com/in/ > Select the mobile that you want to buy > Accept the exchange value offered by Xiaomi.
Your account will be credited with the exchange value coupon when you enter your IMEI number in the drop box. Order your favourite mobile phone and use the coupon during checkout. All you have to do now is to hand over your old mobile phone to the delivery guy at the time of the delivery of your new phone.
The exchange value is provided on the basis of the condition and current market price of the old handset.
