Apple To Get Rid Of This Bug In iPhone 7 & 7 Plus
There are lots of complaint posts circulating on Twitter and Reddit regarding some glitch in the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The users have been posting about a bug they are experiencing in microphone. This bug enables the speaker button to grey-out during calls and video chats on Facetime. This means miscommunication, disruptions and what not – and it might annoy iPhone users to a large extent.
According to the reports by MacRumors, Apple is aware of this bug and has been working on it. It is also reported that the company has advised its tech support to tell its customers to solve this bug by turning off all Bluetooth devices and accessories. In case this method doesn’t work, customers are advised to run audio diagnostics. Running the audio diagnostics will alert the users about needed repairs in their device. After that, customers can also get the assistance of Apple’s tech support. The tech support team can fix the iPhone if there is a display of alert messages like “device could not detect dock” or “accessory not reported”.
Nothing much has been revealed about this bug yet. It is still unclear whether this bug has happened due to hardware problems or any unforeseen software issues that might be there.
