    Huh, after periodical leaks from Weibo and other forums, here it is, Honor V20 with full details at last.

    After its parent Huawei releasing a 48MP camera phone last week, now Honor too unleashes its form of 48MP featured phone with V20 or View 20 model.

    Display

    Sporting a 6.14″ FHD+ display (1080×2310) with 19.9:9 aspect ratio. With 398PPI Pixel density, V20 has about 92% screen-to-body ratio and an Infinity-O display model. Thereby having a punch-hole for the front camera.

    Software

    The OS is run by its proprietary Magic UI 2.0.1 over latest Android Pie 9.0.

    Chipset

    Powered by the latest HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC. That’s the powerful chipset of HiSilicon designed over the 7nm process. Being an Octa-core, it was molded for optimum performance with 2 cores clocking at 2.6GHz, 2 at 1.92GHz and rest 4 cores at 1.8GHz.

    Camera

    • The primary camera is made up with Sony’s IMX586 sensor of 48MP(f/1.8) supporting super slow motion and AI HDR. And the secondary camera includes a 12MP as a depth sensor.
    • The primary camera is of 25MP(f/2.0) with fun AR and fixed support.

    Battery

    Has Type-C USB, V20 supports fast charging for its 4000mAh battery.

    Storage

    Two variants of 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB with no expandable options through Micro SD card.

    Available in Midnight Black, Charm Blue, and Red, V20 comes for ¥2999 (6GB) and ¥3499 (8GB) edition.

    It is expected that Honor would alongside launch its so-called Maserati Edition, but that turned to be a Moschino Edition. There’s only one variant of 8GB + 128GB coming in Red or Blue colors, which is priced at Â¥3999.

    At present, V20 was just launched in China and is launching globally as “Honor View 20” on January 22, set in Paris.
