Last month, Huawei has released its new Nova 5 series and a Kirin chipset. That combo of Nova 5 series includes Nova 5, Nova 5i and Nova 5 Pro.
And now, there’s yet another variant from the same series as Nova 5i Pro!

Huawei’s Nova 5i Pro is the latest addition to Nova 5 series. Launched in China from ¥2,199

This handset sports a 6.26″(1080×2340) FHD+ display with punch-hole design and 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
This phone is processed by HiSilicon Kirin 810 SoC, which is one of the high performing octa-core processors with dedicated NPU. It has Mali G52 MP6 as GPU. It packs with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB storage with MicroSD option for expansion upto 512GB (if not).
Running with EMUI 9.1 based Android Pie, this phone has a quad rear cameras of 48MP (f/1.8) + 8MP + 2MP (f/2.4) + 2MP (f/2.4). Upfront, there’s a 32MP (f/2.0) camera in punch-hole.
With fingerprint sensor rear-mounted, it has a 4000mAh battery with fast battery charging support. Has all required connectivities like Bluetooth 5, GPS, WiFi, USB 2.0 Type-C and an Audio Jack.

There are three variants availabile for purchase. And they’re priced as:
- 6GB + 128GB for ¥2,199
- 8GB + 256GB for ¥2,499
- 8GB + 512GB for ¥2,799.
Pre-orders for this phone are opened via Vmall, and this phone shall go on sale starting August 2.
Alongside, Huawei’s Mate 20X (5G) got its pricing and availability details. This 5G handset is priced at ¥6,199 for the lone 8GB + 128GB variant and will go on sale from August 16 onwards.
