These Chinese brothers are almost alike. Whether in terms of branding or phone making, they don’t alter the underlying concept much but change the overlay partly on the name of the new handset – to which they heavily market and sell it off!
Oppo A1k & Vivo Z3x Launched: Priced at Rs.8,490 & Rs.12,420 Respectively
To say again, these brands have just announced a new handset each in the budget segment. These are:
Vivo Z3x
Z3x comprises of 6.21″ (2280×1080) FHD+ display with rectangular notch surprisingly.
The system’s processed by Snapdragon’s 660 SoC with Funtouch OS 9 over Android 9 Pie. It has Game and System Turbo for performing big in heavy activities.
Imaging includes a dual-rear setup of 13MP + 2MP and a 16MP (f/2.0) in the front. With 3260mAh battery, it has all the required features like fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5, GPS, USB Type-C, etc.
Launched in China, it’s available in Red, Black and Purple variants of 4GB/64GB storage option and is priced at ¥1,198.
Oppo A1k
This smartphone was announced in Russia last week, and now it turned to the Indian market for additional sales.
Oppo A1k features a 6.1″ (720×1560) with a dew-drop notch and visible bezels.
Processed by MediaTek’s Helio P22 CPU and PowerVR GE8320 GPU, the system runs on bloatware colorOS 6 over Android 9 Pie. It has a single rear and front cameras of 8MP (f/2.2) and 5MP (f/2.0) respectively.
It’s powered by 4000mAh battery for longer life and comes in only one storage variant – 2GB RAM + 32GB ROM.
Being available in Red and Black colors, this handset is priced at Rs.8,490 and shall go on sale from today onwards via Flipkart, Amazon, Tata Cliq, Paytm Mall, etc.
