Oppo doesn’t wait for events like MWC to launch remarkable devices. It does when it wants, where it wants and how it wants. Oppo K1 is such device which sports an in-display fingerprint sensor for just Rs.16,990.
Oppo K1 Launched in India for Rs.16,990. Available in Flipkart from 12th February
Oppo K1 has already been launched in China last year (October 2018) and now it made its way to India, exclusively via Flipkart.
It’s a 6.41″ Super AMOLED display with 2340×1080p resolution and 84.5% screen-to-body ratio. The display encompasses a fingerprint sensor and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
It runs on Snapdragon’s 660 CPU (14nm) with clocking speeds of 4×2.0GHz and 4×1.8GHz. Joining with Adreno 512 GPU, K1 supports heavy graphics of high-end games like Crossfire, PUBG, Honor of Kings etc.
You know, Oppo always does great with its cameras. The dual rear camera is a horizontal setup along with flash. The dual lens of 16MP (f/1.8) as the primary sensor and 2MP (f/2.4) as a depth sensor. In the front, it has a 25MP (f/2.4) camera embedded into the dew-drop notch of the display.
At present, it only has one variant of 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM.
In China, Oppo announced a 6GB variant but haven’t released anything yet.
Software and Battery
It runs on Oppo’s bloatware ColorOS 5.2 over Android’s 8.1 Oreo.
Under the hood, it has a 3500mAh battery with 10W charge.
At last, it’s available in two colors of Astral Blue and Piano Black and available through Flipkart starting from February 12th, 12 PM. Launch offers of No-cost EMIs and instant discounts from Citibank and Axis buzz cards are along with it.
