Samsung’s Galaxy M40 Comes With Snapdragon’s 675 SoC & 6GB of RAM Launched in India
Galaxy M40 has a 6.3″ (2340×1080) FHD+ display with Punch-hole design and a near 92% screen ratio. The setup is finely built and protected by Gorilla Glass.
The CPU is where M40 stands out of its M-series counterparts. Unlike its other M-series models that are made up of Exynos SoCs, the Galaxy M40 is equipped with Snapdragon’s 675 SoC and Adreno’s 612 GPU. Currently, there’s just a single variant of 6GB + 128GB being touted to sell, but there are reports of another variant with 4GB + 64GB storage to be unveiled on-sale date.
The rear camera setup is made up of three lens which consists of 32MP (f/1.7) + 5MP + (f/2.2) + 8MP (ultra-wide). Upfront, there’s a single 16MP (f/2.0) lens housed in punch-hole of the display.
This handset will be powered by a 3500mAh battery with 15W support for fast charging. The Galaxy M40 is Widevide L1 certified, thus having access to all HD content with best viewing experience adjoining with Dolby Atmos. It posses Screen Sound to and comes with Type-C USB earphones! The phone will be offered in two different colors of Seawater Blue and Midnight Blue. With a launch price of Rs.19,990, Galaxy M40 will go on sale from June 18, 12 PM onwards via Amazon.
