Snapdragon’s New 215 & Sony’s RXO II Action Camera Debuted in India
A Screen With 180° Rotation!
Adding more of its RXO, this new thing posses a screen that’s flippable to about 180° and helps the video makers take some better selfies or at least check what and how they’re performing.
This RXO II sports a 1″ 15.3 MP CMOS sensor and with the BIONZ X processor.
Further, it has a wide-angle Zeiss Tessar T 24 mm f/4 fixed lens for wide angular pictures. It has an ISO sensitivity range from “80-12, 800“, which helps it to picture better quality pictures in low light. And the best of all, it can record in super slow-mo feature of 1000fps and 4K in 30fps! which is great.
With a price tag of Rs.57,990, RXO II goes with the model name of DSC-RX0M2 across the nation. From 15th of this month, it will be distributed to all the major electronics sellers including Sony official centers and its authorized dealers.
Snapdragon’s 215 SoC
This new chipset is a successor of 212 SoC and satisfies all the low-end variants. It’s a quad-core processor with ARM Cortex-A-53 cores clocking at 2.3GHz speeds. Built on a 28nm process, it joins with Adreno’s 308 GPU for computing the graphics. It’s all set to take on the 64-bit mobile operations.
Enabling the NFC for entry levels, Qualcomm puts NFC support in this chipset. Along with that, there’s Wi-Fi 802.11a/c, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.2 and Vo LTE. It supports the screen resolutions of 1560×720p.
