From the latest reports of Geekbench, Google seemed to be working on some Pixel’s stripped down variants, namely Pixel 3 series. They were noted as Pixel 3A and Pixel 3a XL, with reports showing Android 10’s software.
This hint confirms Android 10‘s release before these phones.
Geekbench Latests – Pixel 3A, 3a XL and Samsung Galaxy A20

From its listing, Pixel 3A possess 2GB of RAM and runs Android 10 OS. It’s processed by Qualcomm Snapdragon’s MSM8953 (625 CPU), which is an octa-core clocking at 1.8GHz. It records single core performance scores of 732 and multi-core score of 3184.
Besides 3A, there’s another variant named 3A XL, which was listed a couple of weeks back but Google hasn’t made any announcement of this yet. So, we can expect both 3A and 3a XL to be launched simultaneously.
Pixel 3a XL, from the reports, possess 4GB RAM and runs on Android 9. It’s processed by Snapdragon’s Bonito (710 CPU) with clocking speeds of 1.7GHz. It records single-core performance scores of 1600 and multi-core scores of 5171.
Samsung Galaxy A20 – An Android Go Mobile.
Samsung has a bunch of smartphones coming up soon. From flagship Galaxy S10 to Mid-range M-series and Foldable phone to new Android Go phone.
There’s already an Android Go mobile from Samsung last year – J2 Core and this new one would be the second one.
From the Geekbench’s listing, Samsung has a new Android Go phone coming up with Exynos 7870 CPU clocking at 1.6GHz. It encompasses 1GB RAM and ARM Mali T-830 MP1 GPU. Comes with Android 9 along with Samsung’s bloatware on top.
Price is expected to be set below 7,000 as that’s where Go-variants falls in.
