Just another normie from the company, Redmi Note 7S has nothing outstanding, but a mere upgrade of camera that actual Note 7. The company has been tweeting about its flagship series with the name of K20 since a long time, but before that, it has few mid rangers coming as warm-ups.
Redmi India Launches Note 7S with 48MP Camera for Rs.10,999
Placing in the core competitive segment, Redmi Note 7S has the following specs:
It’s a 6.3″ (2340×1080) FHD+ display with a dew-drop notch and a visible bezel at the bottom. Though not IP certified, the body is tightly packed to resist some of the water and dust.
It runs with its bloatware MIUI 10 over Android 9 Pie and the system’s processed by Snapdragon’s 660 SoC along with Adreno’s 512 GPU. It has memory variants of 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB and ROM expansion options until 256GB via MicroSD slot.
The imaging department is where the phone is said to be upgraded from its predecessor Note 7. Model Note 7S has a dual-rear setup of 48MP (f/1.8) + 5MP (f/2.2) lens. Upfront, there’s a 13MP (f/2.0) lens stuffed into the notch.
Having the fingerprint sensor rear mounted, it has connectivity options like USB 2.0 (Type-C), WiFi, Bluetooth 5, GPS, infrared port and other required sensors.
And finally, the entirety is powered by a 4000mAh battery of 18W and supports Quick Charge 4.0 tech.
Coming in the colors of Ruby Red, Sapphire Blue, and Onyx Black, Note 7S has a gradient finishing rear and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 as it’s over for its display.
