    Since its announcement, Redmi has been continuously touting its India’s launch, which was finally confirmed to be held on February 28. After China, India’s the first foreign market it’s coming for.

    Actual pricing isn’t clear yet. But it is expected to be the same as the Chinese models. In China, Redmi Note 7 was launched in January and has sold more than one million units in just 3days. Where the 3GB + 32GB variant is priced at ¥999 (Rs.10,521), 4GB + 64GB for ¥1199 (Rs.12,627) and 6GB + 64GB for ¥1399 (Rs.14,734).

    Coming to specifications, Note 7 has a 6.3″ FHD+ (1080×2340) display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It’s further protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is processed by Snapdragon’s 660 CPU and Adreno’s 512 GPU.

    Coming to imaging section, there’s a 48MP (f/1.8) primary camera with 5MP (f/2.4) depth sensor at back and a 13MP front camera. With a rear embedded fingerprint sensor, it has a 4000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 support.

    Note 7 is said to be shipped with Android 9 OS, with its bloatware MIUI 10.

    But hey, do you know? Redmi’s latest MIUI 11 just sprouted out and will be available for 38 devices soon.

    Devices listed for MIUI 11 update are of wide range like all notable Note series, Mi and Mi Mix series. There’s not just MIUI 11, but Redmi is allegedly working on MIUI 10 build for adding some new features too.

    Features of MIUI 11 would be introduction of Night Mode and Dark themes, Smooth and Clean interface and Improved performance.

    Redmi S2, Redmi 3S, Redmi 3X, Redmi 4X, Redmi 4, Redmi 4A, Redmi 5, Redmi 5A, Redmi 5 Plus, Redmi 6, Redmi 6A, Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 4X, Redmi Note 5, Redmi Note 5 Pro, Redmi Note 5A, Redmi 6 Pro, Redmi Note 6, Redmi Note 6 Pro, Redmi Note 7, Mi Note 2, Mi Note 3, Mi Max 2, Mi Max, Mi Max 3, Mi 9, Mi 8, Mi 6X, Mi 6, Mi 5c, Mi 5X, Mi 5s, Mi 5s Plus and the Mi Play. In the Mi Mix series, the Mix 3, Mi MIX 2S, Mi MIX 2, and Mi MIX 1.
