Introducing “Thomson’s UD9 40″ 4K Television”
The company says this’s the first 4K TV in India at such lower price, and hopes to capture back the market which it has lost.
Having a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels and 550nits brightness, UD9 model has HDR10 support and a 20W audio output.
Input section includes two USB ports and three HDMI ports.
The said 4K streaming is available to watch from YouTube 4K videos and this TV comes with six pre-installed apps of Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, Hotstar, Facebook and Zee5, and with Miracast, it allows us to mirror the screen of our phone to TV and play on big screen.
It runs on Android 7.1 and supports nearly 20 regional languages.
In India, these TVs from Thomson are manufactured by Noida based company called Super Plantronics Pvt. LTD.
