    Xiaomi’s Mi Band 4 Launched in China For ¥169

    Unlike the previous Band 3, Band 4 has an increased screen size and better capabilities now. The Mi Band 4 has a 0.95″ (120×240) AMOLED display with 400nits of peak brightness. It has only one button to wake up the system and can be controlled by finger touch all over. Xiaomi says the new AMOLED display increases the screen brightness by 40%.

    It was a 5ATM waterproof gadget that’s capable up to 50M in water depth. This can help in tracking movements in swimming.

    Band 4 has a six-axis accelerometer that helps in tracking six different types of sports. The sensors shall keep a track on running, walking, cycling, swimming, exercise, speed reminder, heart rate reminder, etc.

    Bus cards, AliPay, and other access cards can be stored and operated via Band 4. You just need to swipe the screen to activate payments and enables QR code to display and pay/receive.

    In China, these bands are launched as “Millet Bracelet 4“, with one as standard and other as NFC version.

    Try to standard version is priced at ¥169 and the NFC variant is at ¥229. Furthermore, there’s an Avengers Edition which has a superhero face on the band and sold at ¥349. All these will retail from June 16 in China and there’s no news about other markets and prices.
