Vivo is going places. So as Meizu. Though unknown like Samsung or Apple, it has its own innovation flowing aside.
Vivo has today launched the Apex 2019 version. That’s just a concept mobile and the actual one is expected soon. But Meizu is real!

Meizu Zero & Vivo Apex 2019 – First Hole-less Phones
Meizu Zero:
The first one with no holes or bezels. Meizu Zero has 5.99″ display and is powered by Snapdragon’s 845 CPU + Adreno 630 GPU. It has 12MP + 20MP rear cameras and 20MP front camera. The front camera is supposedly fitted in the thin bezel at front. It uses new screen-sounding technology which replaces earpiece and speakers for audio. Runs on Flyme 7 OS over Android and uses Super mCharge wireless tech for charging.
It has pressure sensitive buttons and is depended on eSIM for connectivity. Pricing details are unknown for now.
Vivo Apex 2019:
The first version of Apex was launched in 2018 under the name of NEX. So we’re expecting the same with this new Apex 2019 too. But when is that is unknown. Today’s launch from Vivo is just the concept phone, and soon able to turn real.
It’s a 6.39″AMOLED display with no bezels. Not even the camera is seen. I wonder if it has any. ‘Coz in today’s event, it has shown some major innovations but not all features. For unlocking, the fingerprint sensor is placed under the screen and is everywhere on it. Any part of the screen is used to unlock, and with two fingers too. It has no slots and only means of charging or data transfer is through the magnetic port, which is connected to the bottom rear panel.
It got 12MP + 13MP rear cameras and 256GB or 512GB ROM. A notable thing – It is equipped with Snapdragon’s 855 chipset, Â so it supports 5G (via e-SIM) too! Rest details regarding features and pricing are expected on MCW next month.
